Phase 1 |
Consultation
The objective of this phase is to define the purpose and goals of the website, and to
conceive an overall vision for the website. Through our discussions we will gain a preliminary
understanding of the target audience, competition, and potential opportunities. To initiate this phase,
please complete our development Quote Request form. Also, before your initial
consultation we recommend that you review our "Questions to Consider"
page which contains talking points used during the discussion—good questions to get the creative juices
flowing.

Phase 2 |
Concept Development
In the "Concept Development" phase we transform website vision into concrete
ideas using research and analysis as our guide. We acquire an intimate
understanding of your business, competitors, and market to develop a strategy
for how your website will integrate into your business model.
Content is collection and creation begins. The visual aspects of the website
find direction as prototype pages are created, analysed, and improved in an
interactive process. A beta or prototype website is created for approval.

Phase 3 |
Design and Implementation
This phase is the heart of website construction. It's where everything comes together: content,
graphics, programming, and structure. The production server is now operational; but is secured with password protection.
A complete functional website is the output of this phase ready for system test.

Phase 4 |
Website Test
During this phase complete testing and debugging on the production server is accomplished.

Phase 5 |
Launch, Promotion, and Maintenance
A bottle of Champagne breaks on the bow of the server as the website officially goes public; but all is not over, a
new post-design phase just begins. Remember...a website is never finished.
Website promotion, performance analysis, and general maintenance are an ongoing effort. Final Acceptance by client completes the
design process in about 30 days after launch date. For a nominal fee ZRON we continue maintenance and support—the cost will vary depending upon
the level of support required to maintain the site.
